The toe-tapping song that introduces the new Pixar movie Luca is called Un Bacio a Mezzanotte. The title literally means A Kiss at Midnight or A Midnight Kiss and it is one of nine songs on the Luca soundtrack.
Written in 1952 by Gorni Kramer (music) and Garinei & Giovannini (lyrics), it became a classic of Italian music thanks to the version performed by the Italian jazz vocal group Quartetto Cetra (Cithara Quartet). The group was active from the early 1940s right up until 1988.
